The best is Urban Dwell! Period. Make a call to them. They worked with us to renovate our master bathroom. We believed hiring a design/build company could be the best option. However, after a few meetings, we discovered that relatively few businesses can truly assist with the design and development phases. However, Dwell excelled in both areas. They supervised all of the construction crews and assisted us in producing an amazing design. Even when circumstances changed, they never attempted to raise the offer because the project cost was fair. She assisted in advising us on where to spend and where to economize, and they were always transparent about pricing.
